Jon & Michelle are dedicated to honoring God as humble servants. They have a genuine desire to be a part of what God is doing in the earth and to proclaim the good news of the Gospel wherever God leads. Pastor Jon's journey of faith began in New York where his parents planted an AG Church in their home. His journey eventually led his family to inner city Memphis where he was a struggling teenager who moved away from God. As a young man he heard God's call and accepted Christ as savior, was filled with the Holy Spirit, and called to ministry. Pastor Jon graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Ministries. He also holds Masters or Arts and Specialist in Education degrees from Tennessee Technological University.
Michelle has always known the love of God and has served Him since she was 3 years old. She was filled with the Holy Spirit as a teenager and dedicated her life to serving God. She is a genuine woman of compassion and a loving mother and wife. Michelle is also an excellent educator with many years of public school service. She has received numerous honors in the field of education for her outstanding work and holds Bachelor and Master of Arts Degrees. Her greatest gift is her tender heart and desire to be a blessing. She leads Life Women's Ministry at DLC.
